It's Show And Tell Time

The Maker Faire season got underway at the start of April in Edinburgh. A good time was had by all and I got to meet up with several RC2014 owners, some of which I remembered from last year.
Newcastle was the host for the UK Maker Faire again this year. Not only was there a good turn out of RC2014 owners, but Tynemouth Software (pictured) and Dtronixs meant that there was a good selection of RC2014 hardware on show too! A big shout out goes to Team Tindie too for hosting a great after show party

512k ROM 512k RAM Module

Those of you that want to run CP/M with extra whistles and bells will be glad to hear that the new 512k ROM 512k RAM Module is now here and comes with RomWBW preinstalled.
This, not only gives you a more advanced CP/M operating system, but it supports more hardware, such as a floppy drive interface, real time clock, or Ed Brindleys IDE Adapter.

Easter Egg Hunt

Once again the Easter Egg Hunt proved very popular this year. A lot of you managed to find all the hidden eggs across 4 different RC2014 vendors on Tidie and snaffle themselves a bargain in the process

Small Computer Monitor

If you have been following the development of SCMonitor on the RC2014 Google Group then you'll know that it now has an official release. This is a great monitor for the RC2014 with many great features and I'm excited to announce that from 1st June it will be included on all RC2014 64k ROMs by default

HackSpace Mag

There's double Z80 goodness in the June issue of Hackspace Magazine (Available as a free PDF download or buy in dead tree format)
This month features a 4 page interview with RC2014 creator Spencer Owen and the first in a series on Building A Z80 Computer series by Dave Astels

Discount Offer

Like the sound of the 512k ROM 512k RAM Module? Ok, well, if you use the discount code ROMWBW20 before the end of June, you can get 20% off!
