Limited Edition RC2014 Mini After Dark - Sold Out

I had expected the Limited Edition RC2014 Mini After Dark to be popular - I hadn't anticipated all 25 kits to sell out within 4 days! So congratulations to the lucky ones out there. It's great to see the photos starting to appear on Twitter and Instagram! Remember to use the hashtag #RC2014.
There are a few of the After Dark stickers left, so if you are placing an RC2014 order on Tindie, just add a note in the Additional Information section that you'd like one and I'll add that in for you.

VCF East

The RC2014 calendar kicks off this year at VCF East on April 24-26 in New Jersey. This looks like a fantastic show, and it'll be great to catch up with some RC2014 owners there.
(If anyone local can lend me a monitor or two, that'll save me a lot of baggage on the flight. Drop me an email if you can)

RETROthek Germany

RETROthek will be taking place on July 11 in Karlsruhe, Germany. RC2014 kits have been on display there before, and this year there will be an official RC2014 presence there too, along with RC2014 goodies to be won.

Facebook User Group

Kim Le Brocqu started a RC2014 User Group on Facebook just under 2 years ago, and it is almost up to 500 members. Kim has agreed to give away a RC2014 Pro as a prize when it gets to 500! So sign up and you might be in with a chance!

Hardware Multiply Module

In order to eek as much speed as possible out of the humble Z80, Phillip Stevens has designed a LUT Module which speeds up the RC2014 by offloading the multiplication work. This has reduced the time taken to draw the classic Mandlebrot from 4'58 down to 2'55.
If you want to boost your RC2014 speed, the PCBs have been made available over at OSHPark

EMF Camp

The Bi-annual EMF Camp in Eastnor, UK, is always a highlight in the RC2014 diary, and I'll be there again this year with RC2014 goodies and workshops. The first round of tickets have sold out already, but keep an eye on their blog for the next round.
