Discounts galore
Ok, I know the reason most of you read this, so I'll cut to the chase and tell you about the discounts straight off :-)
Firstly, for some people in some parts of the world, tomorrow, the 14th
March, is Pi Day. Seems like a crazy idea to me, but, hey, it's a
good opportunity to offer a 1 day discount of 14.3% off of anything in
my Tindie store if you use the discount code DD/MM/YY
Then, from the 15th until the end of March you can still get 5% off with the discount code MARCHFIVE
Aren't you lot a lucky bunch!

It's show time!
Show season is almost upon us, and for the RC2014 this kicks off on 1st - 2nd April in Newcastle for the UK Maker Faire
This is followed on 16th April at Edinburgh Mini Maker Faire, and hopefully to Munich for VCF Europe 29th-30th April.
There is also Liverpool Makefest on 24th June and if all goes to plan,
I'm off to show the RC2014 at the Sydney Mini Maker Faire too
So, if you're going to any of those events, swing my the stand and say hi!

Pageable ROM Module
After a couple of PEBKAC
issues, the Pageable ROM Module should be available in the Tindie store
later this week. This offers significant improvements over the
existing ROM Module, such as
- Large selection of ROM/PROM/EPROM/EEPROM supported
- 1,2,4,8,16 or 32K ROM pages supported to allow you to get the most out of your chip
- Easy selection of which page to use from jumpers
- ZIF socket option
- Works in conjunction with the 64k RAM Module to allow the ROM to be paged out and the RAM to be paged in

Win an RC2014 with The Retro Hour
The Retro Hour Podcast is great for keeping up with the latest retro
games and computer news and every week has an in-depth interview with
one of the big names from yesteryear.
That alone should be good enough reason to listen every week, but they currently have a RC2014 Full Monty kit to give away to one lucky listener!

Ok, so this isn't technically a RC2014 product - However, it is what I
designed to make my life easier programming the AVRs in the RC2014 SD Memory Dump Module and Universal Micro Keyboard.
It's a simple easy way to plug in raw ATMEGA328 chips in to your
Bus Pirate 3.6 then burn the bootloader on and program them.
Available in the Tindie store now!

The Google Group always has lots going on, and recently there has been a
great discussion about development of a new board to offer a hex keypad and LED display
that'll work with a monitor program. If you have any views on
this, please join in and help shape the future of the RC2014!
